Use this Minecraft Nether Portal Calculator to convert coordinates between the Overworld and the Nether so you can properly link portals on BadWolfMC.
Because Nether portals can connect across large distances, always check both sides before building. A portal linked to your Overworld claim does not automatically mean the matching Nether-side location is yours to use. Respect claims, builds, paths, farms, and space rules in both dimensions.
Portal reminder: Do your due diligence before lighting a portal. If the matching location is already claimed, built, or clearly in use, choose another location or ask before building. Nether portal conflicts can still fall under griefing or claim/space rule issues.
Overworld to Nether
Use this calculator when the Overworld portal location is the important one.
- Build your portal in the Overworld, light it, but do not go through yet.
- Enter the coordinates of the portal foundation block using TAB or F3.
- Travel to
/nethermanually, not through the portal. - Build and light the Nether-side portal at the calculated coordinates.
- Enter from the Nether side to connect it back to your Overworld portal.
